Mr. Clarence Henry Woods, 73, of Shelby, NC passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Via Health Partners (Wendover Hospice House) in Shelby, NC. He was the son of the late Ezell Woods and Helen Morgan Woods and was born in Cleveland County, NC.

In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Lee Woods and sister, Vickie Gail Fuller.

He is survived by three brothers, Darryl Woods (Annette), Lorenzo Woods, and Fabian Woods, all of Shelby, NC; special nephew, Travis Montrell Mitchell, and a host of additional nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel. Burial took place at Sunset Cemetery.
