 Brewster Strope, Bert Freeman, Renee Bingham, Lauren Mauney, Scott Lupas, Ronald Crews (Chief Judge) and Ann Holt (Area 4 Governor).
The overall winners for the International Speech Competition and Table Topics are as follows: Brewster Strope, 1st Place International Speech Competition; Bert Freeman, 2nd Place International Speech Competition; Renee Bingham, 3rd Place International Speech Competition; Scott Lucas, 1st Place Table Topics; Bert Freeman, 2nd Place Table Topics and Lauren Mooney, 3rd Place Table Topics. Ronald Crews was Chief Judge and Ann Holt was Area 4 Governor.
Scott Lucas, Bert Freeman and Brewster Strope will advance to Division 4 Competition on April 27th, 2013, at Swannanoa Public Library. Swannanoa Public Library is located at 101 S. Charleston St, Swannanoa, NC, for anyone who would like to attend. Cleveland County Communicators meets each Thursday morning, at 7:45 AM to 8:45AM, at Child Care Connections. Child Care Connections is located at 327 Market Street – Suite A, Shelby. Guests are welcome!
