Workmen finish another day of work at the Cleveland County Courthouse uptown. The courthouse has been completely gutted and work is in progress to create the Earl Scruggs Center. The Destination Cleveland County project is the second of its kind. The first was the creation of the Don Gibson Theatre. It is a continuance of moving Shelby and Cleveland County forward. Destination Cleveland County is a non-profit organization made up of passionate citizens committed to preserving the culture of Cleveland County.
