Gastonia - Mr. Cohen Wayne Campbell, 70, went on to his reward Sunday,
December 2, 2018 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

Mr. Campbell was born on May 23, 1948 in Cleveland County, NC a son of the
late John Robert Campbell and Kathleen Griffin Campbell. He was a member of
Zion Baptist Church in Gastonia.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Richard
Campbell and a sister, Rachel Smith.

Survivors include a son, Chuck Campbell and wife Yukiko of Fredericksburg,
VA; five grandchildren, Vince Campbell, Corey Campbell, Kendall Campbell,
Kathleen "Miki" Campbell and Kai Campbell; two great grandchildren, Brody
Campbell and Dallas Campbell; four brothers, Glenn Campbell of Lattimore;
Alvin Campbell of Shelby; Barry Campbell of Lattimore; Steve Campbell of
Concord; five sisters, Evelyn Crandal and Pat Lancaster both of Sebring, FL;
Vickey Spurling and Wanda Hamrick both of Shelby and Marlon White of
Ellenboro.

Visitation will be from 10:00AM to 11:00AM on Friday, December 7, 2018 at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11:00AM at
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Leo Kuykendall
officiating.

Burial will be in Wallace Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
