A prayer vigil was held on the Courtsquare in Uptown Shelby on Monday, Sept. 12 in honor of fallen Shelby Police Officer Tim Brackeen and his family. Hundreds of community members including law enforcement from several agencies and County officials were in attendance. Prayers were offered for all law enforcement and their families.
