Our week #16 Shelby Shopper & Info Football Contest winner was Paula Radford (center) of Shelby. Paula said her favorite NFL team is the Dallas Cowboys. Her ballot was one of six entries that correctly picked 10 out of 12 games. Paula won by guessing the closest tie-breaker score of 40.
