Cynthia Diane Curtis, 50, of Lawndale, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at her home.

Born in Rowan County, on August 28, 1971, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Curtis and Hazel Broadway Waugh. She was the manager of Dollar Tree.

Survivors include one daughter, Megan Ikerd and husband David of Lawndale; three step sisters, Carla Sopala of Claremont, Kathy Townsend and Billie Walker both of Newton and her fiance, Rick Towery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ray Hightower officiating.
