Miss Cynthia K. Allison, affectionately known as "Cynt", 61, was born June 15, 1964, in Cleveland County, North Carolina, to the late Floyd and Thelma Allison. She departed this life on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Atrium Health Cleveland.

In addition to her parents, Cynthia was preceded in death by her grandmother, Fannie Smith; two sisters, Floria Allison and Dianne Littlejohn; and special cousin, Kent Littlejohn.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Chadwick O.(Leandra) Allison of Shelby, NC, and Bradley O. Allison of Charlotte, NC; spoiled dog, Jiggy, of the home; three brothers; Calvin "Bucky" Littlejohn, Harold (Sally) Allison, and Lester Allison, all of Shelby, NC; six honorary sisters; Regina Miller, Mary Jefferies, Sharon Clark, Dorothy Woods, Karen Glover and Annette Burris; uncle, Kenneth Littlejohn; aunt, Annie Mae Littlejohn; and a host of nieces, nephews, Crest High School Class of 1983, and friends

Funeral services were held on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Walls Memorial Baptist Church in Shelby, NC .
