Mrs. Delcie Burnett Fuller Hamilton went on to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 15,2026. She was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina on September 26,1953 to Robert Fuller and Laura Ann McDuffie Fuller.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Fuller; her mother, Laura Ann McDuffie Fuller; step mother, Annie Mae Fuller; brothers, Willie Gene Wilson, Nathaniel Fuller, and Harvey Lee Fuller; sisters, Connell Fuller, Lillie Pearl Fuller, Rubynell Bonner, and Annie Pearl Fuller.

She is survived by husband Thomas Hamilton; sons Thomas "Neil" Hamilton, Travis (Tiffany) Hamilton, of Shelby; Chadwick (Amy) Hamilton, of Shelby; brother, Larry (Evette) Fuller of Mount Holly,NC; sisters, Martha "Mot" Fuller, Ann Pryor all of Shelby, NC; Grandchildren, Javon Hamilton,Teaja Hamilton, Cavious Hamilton, Isaiah Hamilton, Tania Hamilton, Taylor Hamilton, Chadwick Hamilton Jr., and Teegan Hamilton; two great grandchildren. A host of brothers in-law; ,sisters in-law,nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Cherryville, NC with burial in the church cemetery.
