Donald Derrick Lee, 58 of West Stagecoach Trail, Lawndale, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Atrium Health - Cleveland, Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County, NC on August 10, 1965, he was the son of the late Hubert Donald Lee and Marcelle McKay Ellis Lee. Derrick was a member of Polkville Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 41 of years, Lorie Morrison Lee; son, Donald Lee and wife, Samantha of Forest City; two grandchildren, Lydia and Dillon and a sister, Donna Willis of Lawndale.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian Melton officiating.

The burial will be private.
