RUTHERFORDTON - Donald Isaac "Little Man" Robertson, age of 44 of Rutherfordton, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2016 at home. A native of Rutherford County he was the son of the late Oscar Robertson and Elsie McAbee Calhoun. Preceeding in his death, one brother, Oscar Robertson.
He is survived by his children, Donald Jr. (DJ) Robertson, Savannah Robertson, Julie Robertson, Amanda Robertson of New Jersey, Samantha Bolyard and Tyler Lancaster of Rutherford County; five sisters, Mary Funderburk of Ohio, Judy Self and her husband Donnie Self of Golden Valley, Patsy Hunt and her husband Harley Hunt of Golden Valley, Nancy Barnette of Union Mills, Bertha Moore of Union Mills; one brother, David Waddell of South Carolina; he had numerous nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held at Camp Creek Baptist Church, 2741 Camp Creek Road, Union Mills, NC 28167 at 6:30 pm on Thursday, December 22, 2016.
