Donna Allen Kirkpatrick, age 49, of Gastonia, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

Donna was born May 12, 1971 in Lincoln County to Shirley Allen Hovis, who resides in Dallas, NC and to the late Wayne Allen. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and homemaker. Donna loved taking care of her family and was known as a "Baseball Mom". She also enjoyed doing crafts.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of twenty-four years, James Kirkpatrick; four children, Jacob Kirkpatrick, Tony Kirkpatrick, Shaylen Kirkpatrick, Joseph Kirkpatrick, all of Gastonia; brothers, Roger Allen (Cathy) of West Lincoln, Donald Allen (Dana) of Waco, Wayne Curtis and Dale Curtis; sisters, Myra Cline of Kings Mountain, Rhonda Greene (David) of Casar, Linda Allen of Lexington and Tammy Curtis of Mooresville; many cousins, nephews and nieces.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
