Doris Darlene Timms, age 66, resident of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on January 22, 2017 at her residence. Born in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. Bailey and Doris Humphries Bailey and was also preceded in death by brother, Joseph Dwain Bailey, father-in-law Clifton E. Timms, and brother-in-law Ronnie C. Timms. She was a house wife and active member of Patterson Grove Baptist Church in Kings Mountain. She loved working with children and cared for many children in her lifetime. She also loved the beach and visiting light houses, enjoyed NASCAR and was a humble woman with a true servant's heart.
