Mrs. Doris Helen Blalock Hooks, 65, of 129 Joyce Drive, Chesnee, SC, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2010. Services were held at Christian Fellowship Mission.
Mrs. Hooks was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Geneva Waldrop Blalock; 1 sister, Loretta Tyler; and 1 brother, Ralph Blalock, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Henry David Hooks; 1 daughter, Donna Parker and husband Ivy of Mooresboro, NC; 1 sister, Norma Jean Pruitt of Chesnee; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
