Edith Jane Clark Grigg, 65, of Lawndale, passed away Saturday January 27,
2018 at Hospice at Wendover.

Born May 20, 1952 in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Cole
Blaze Clark and Esther Carpenter Clark. She was the manager at Stagecoach
Hardware and was a member of Lawndale Baptist Church where she was very
active where needed and served her community when called upon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Judson
Clark and two sisters, Rebecca Clark and Louise Ingle.

Survivors include her husband of seventeen years, Walter Franklin Grigg; son
and daughter-in-law, John and Jessica Arndt of Belwood; two daughters,
Mollie Joyce Arndt of Waco and Billie Brackett and husband Mark of Lawndale;
brother and sister-in-law, Cole Clark, Jr. and wife Carrie of Newton; sister
and brother-in-law, Cindy and Kermit Perkins of Lincolnton; seven
grandchildren, Corey Brackett, Katie Arndt, William Arndt, John Arndt, Lacey
Carver, Leah Avery and Mitchell Mantooth II; six great grandchildren.

The visitation will be 2:00PM until 3:00PM Tuesday at Lawndale Baptist
Church.

The funeral service will be 3:00PM Tuesday at Lawndale Baptist Church with
Rev. Jim Kilby officiating.

Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Park.
