Rutherfordton, NC- Mr. Edward Glen Womack age 78 passed away April 26, 2018. A native of Rutherford County he is the son of the late Howard G. and Lucille Camby Womack.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Faye Roper Womack; children Diane Womack Waters, David E. Toney and wife Sheila, Eric S. Womack and fiancée Catina; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters Opal Womack Crain and husband Darvin, Judy Womack Hill and husband Leonard. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Teresa Womack Lyda.

Funeral services were held at Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church Rutherfordton, NC. Mr. Womack will be buried at The Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery following the funeral.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043.
