Elizabeth Ann Turner Warren, 85 of Sandy Run Church Road, Mooresboro, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Brookveiw Healthcare, Gaffney.

Born in Cherokee County, SC on October 21, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Jim Turner and Eunice Bell Turner. Mrs. Warren was retired from Ester Mill.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dock Emory; two sons, Jack and Arthur Emory and two daughters, Wanda Cleary and Mary Turner.

Survivors include a son, Larry Emory and wife, Tonya of Shelby; two daughters, Patsy Scoggins and husband, Jeff of Mooresboro and Ann McCurry of Mooresboro; a sister, Betty Jean Martin of Cleveland County; a special granddaughter, Cande Emory and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 6, 2023 at 3:00pm with the Rev. Johnny Mullinax officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the Charity Baptist Church Cemetery.
