Elizabeth Davis of Casar, at age 61 went to be with Jesus on February 5,
2017.

Born November 1, 1955, in Cleveland County she was preceded in death by her
father and mother Hugh Lee and Lunett Waters Eaker, her father and mother
in-law, Rev. Ben and Viola Pitchford Davis and one sister-in-law Burnett
Blanton.

She was a member of Polkville Baptist Church where she served for many
years.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Tom Davis of Casar; son and
daughter-in-law, Will and Michelle Davis and one granddaughter who she cared
for and loved dearly Willow Davis all of Casar; three sisters-in-law, Mary
Jo Turner of Shelby, Dot Reynolds and husband Malcolm of Stanley and Faye
Honeycutt and husband Jason of Hickory.

The family request that causal clothing be worn to services on Wednesday,
February 8, 2017. Receiving friends will be at 1:00 pm with the funeral to
follow at 2:00 pm at Polkville Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Hamrick and
Rev. Dale Byrd officiating.

Burial will be private.

The family requests, instead of flowers please make donations to Polkville
Baptist Church Infant and Preschool Clothing Closet or Children's Ministry
Funds, PO Box 245, Polkville, NC 28136. or to Mt. Moriah Cemetery Fund, c/o
Sybil Wall, 154 Otis Road, Casar, NC 28020.

At other times the family will be at the home of Will, Michelle, and Willow
Davis.
