Equesterians for the Cure 6th annual trail ride
The Equestrians for the Cure Sixth Annual Trail Ride for Multiple Sclerosis will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014. The event’s check-in will begin at the gate at 9:00 a.m. at the Bob Shuford Pond and the trail ride is approximately eight miles long and meanders along the beautiful rolling hills in the Hollis Community.
Each rider is given a t-shirt and barbecue chicken lunch. “We are so excited about our 6th trail ride, and with your help we can continue to raise money for MS research!” Jenene Philbeck, who is one of the sponsors of the ride said. At last year’s event 80 riders participated in the cool threatening rain raising $3500.00. Since it inception, the Ride has raised over $10,000.00, all of which goes directly to MS for research. If you are an interested rider please contact Jenene Philbeck at 704 418 2664. Registration fee is $30.00, per rider.  Rain date is Saturday, May 10, 2014.
