Mrs. Evelyn Ann Humphries Warren, age 82, passed away Friday December 10, 2021 at Atrium Healthcare-Cleveland. She is survived by three sons, Randy Warren, wife Denita, Johnny Warren, wife Teresa, James Warren, wife Maria; four sisters, Gilda Goode, Nellie Miles, Thelma Harris, Patricia Houser; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren.

Born in Shelby on January 2, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Buren Edgar and Marjorie Ann Davis Humphries. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gene Arthur Warren; one brother, Thurman Humphries.

A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 2pm, December 14, 2021 at Cleveland Funeral Services Chapel officiated by Rev. David Black. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service beginning at 1pm at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Patterson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
