Evergreen to play Alive After Five!
Join Uptown Shelby Association on Thursday June 21st for Alive After Five.  Evergreen will take the stage with their rock and roll bluegrass sound at 5:30pm.  This band is a local favorite and is a great reason to come Uptown to enjoy music, neighbors and friends.
The 18th annual music concert series takes place on Washington Street at the Court Square on the first and third Thursdays of June, July and August from 5:30-8:30pm.  Mark these dates on your calendar and plan to attend all of the fun filled events:  July 5th The Air National Guard Band of The Smoky Mountains; July 19th The Folsom Prison Gang; Aug. 2nd Skinny Velvet; and Aug. 16 Tater Family Travelling Circus.
Uptown Shelby Association’s free concert series is made possible by Fox Distributing, Shelby Shopper & Info, Star Stage and Sound, The City of Shelby, Shelby Savings Bank, The Star, Keeter Ford Lincoln Roush, Personnel Services Unlimited, First National Bank, WGWG-88.3 The Range, and Wesson Septic Tank.
The Kids Zone, sponsored and operated by Shelby Savings Bank, will be located on the grass of the Court Square and will provide a wide range of activities for kids of all ages.  Be sure to check out the food and drink vendors on Washington St. and the Craft Beer spotlight in the beer garden.
