Floyd Lyle Chittister 84 of Rutherfordton passed away on March 11, 2019. He was a native of Jefferson Pennsylvania. Floyd was a retired tool and die maker. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Mary Chittister and a daughter Becky Marie Holland. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of sixty five years Donna Louise Weber Chittister, of the home; daughter Darlene Joy Reep and husband Kelly of Lincolnton, a son Lee Alan Chittister and wife Ronda of Rutherfordton, a daughter Barbara Thrower and husband Clifford of Bostic; grandchildren Patrick Shaffer, Jarji-Jo Combs and Tiffany Weast; also a great grandchild Ayla Keosykhao. A memorial service will be held at 2PM on March 14, 2019 at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 801 Mt. Lebanon Church Road, Bostic, NC 28018.
