Forrest Jackson "Jack" Queen
Forrest Jackson "Jack" Queen, 77, of Smokey Creek Road , Lenoir, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at his residence.
Born in Cleveland County, on October 1, 1943, he was the son of the late Alvin Queen and Lula Dora Turner Queen. He was retired from Dee Gainey's Body Shop in Charlotte and was a member of Mull's Memorial Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Queen; a stepson, Randy Gillespie and a brother, Ralph Queen.
Survivors include his fiancee, Marcella Wilson Dula; two stepsons, Bobby Gillespie of Hawkinsville, GA and Tony Gillespie of Shelby; a brother, Bob Queen of Lattimore; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the service in the Mull's Memorial Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Mull's Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Paul Puett officiating.
