Forrestine Tillman Teague, 78 of Lawndale, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory.

Born in Cleveland County, NC on December 22, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Richard Frank Tillman and Hattie Meriel Edwards Tillman. She was a member of St. Peters Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Teague and sister, Reba Miller.

Survivors include her brother, Garry Tillman and wife, Julie of Lawndale; sister, Loretta Tillman Justice of Lawndale and several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 at 11:00 am at St. Peter's Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. David Sain officiating.

The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
