Frances Ann Hudson Adkins, 63, of 6458 Charleston Trail, Cherryville, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021 at her home.

Born in Cleveland County, on November 24, 1957, she was a daughter of the late Lark Hudson and Louise Sigmon Hudson. She was retired from Triple B One Stop.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Adkins and brother Jimmy Hudson.

She is survived by her son, Ricky Grigg, Jr. and wife Trish of New Bern; daughter, Jonie Lingerfelt of Cherryville; brother, Clayton Hudson and wife Mary of Casar; six grandchildren, Samantha Grigg, Cassi Bostian and husband Jacob, Tyler Grigg, Burt Lingerfelt, Brandy Lingerfelt, and Gavin Lingerfelt; niece, Jennifer Franklin and husband Noah; nephew, Jessie Hudson and wife Annie; great nieces, Scarlett Hicks and husband Casey and Abby Hudson; great nephews, Mason Franklin and wife Heather and Clay Hudson; great great niece and nephews, Eli, Ella and Noah.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, at the home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
