Frances Sue Allen Ledford, 78, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, August 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732 with Reverend Michael Beeks officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00-1:45 pm. Burial will follow the service in Grover Cemetery, Grover, NC at 4:00 pm.

Mrs. Ledford was a native of Cleveland County, NC and the daughter of the late William Austin Allen and Eva Mae Bowen Allen. She was a member of Rawlinson Road Baptist Church and retired from the textile industry. She enjoyed painting ceramics, playing softball and traveling.

Mrs. Ledford is survived by her husband of 61 years, Robert Gene Ledford; sisters, Linda Dailey (Mike) and Evelyn Bell (Kenneth) all of Grover and Pauline Perkins (Richard) of Conway, SC; her brothers, Vassuer Allen and Richard Lee Allen both of Blacksburg, SC. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert David Allen and Raymond Austin Allen.
