Fred O’Danial Wiggins, 63, of 810 North Park Street, died Wednesday November 14, 2012. Born on October 4, 1949 in Lincoln County, he was the son of Bonnie Ledbetter Wiggins and the late Lloyd Andy Wiggins.  Mr. Wiggins served during the Vietnam Conflict in the Army and was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed selling cars, Nascar Racing and working in the yard. Mr. Wiggins retired from Parker Hannifin in Kings Mountain after 25 years of service as a machinist.  In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Larry Wiggins and a sister, Vicky Wiggins.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Wiggins is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tina Vincent Wiggins; a brother, Raymond Wiggins and wife Geraldine of Shelby; a mother-in-law, Juanita T. Lee of Shelby; and  Nieces and nephews, Cheryl Ramsey and husband Jeff, Kasie Bridges and husband Phil, Jennifer Ramsey, Cole Ramsey, Ava Bridges and Evan Bridges.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday November 17, 2012 in the chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home at 3:00 pm with Rev Dennis Bingham and Rev. Bob Elwood officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.  A private burial will be held at a later date.
