Glenn H. Lineberry

KINGS MOUNTAIN- Glenn H. Lineberry, 83, died Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at his home. A native of Carroll County, VA., he was the son of the late Thorton and Zella Harmon Lineberry. Glenn served in the Airforce during the Korean War Conflict, was a graduate of Virginia Tech, and retired as a salesman in the agricultural industry. He was a faithful member of Advent Lutheran Church, and a member of the White Plains Shine Club and Fairview 339 Masonic Lodge in Kings Mountain.

PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Caveny Lineberry; his brothers, Marvin and Clyde Lineberry; and sister, Betty Sue Christiana.

SURVIVED: He is survived by his son, Jonathan G. Lineberry of Lansing, MI, and Stephen H. Lineberry and wife Vickey of Gastonia; daughters, Beth L. Smith and husband Mark of Hertford; grandchildren, Jessica O'Donohue and husband Brian of Gastonia, Alexander Lineberry of Lansing, MI, Jacob and Abigail Lineberry.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 11a.m, Saturday, at Advent Lutheran Church, 230 Oak Grove Rd., Kings Mountain.

OFFICIATING: The Rev. Joshua Morgan will officiate

BURIAL: will follow in Mountain Rest Cemetery with military honor's
