The Golden Bulls, an organization of men that felt the need to give back to their community held their 2015 Christmas for Kids Toy Drive in December.
As young boys most of the members played ball together at Shelby City Park, most needing sponsorship and leadership from their community. Now, as adults they have come together to reach out to their community and lend a helping hand to people in need.
The Golden Bulls sponsor several projects each year, working hard to make a difference in the lives of neighborhood kids. Their latest project was the 2015 Christmas for the Kids Toy Drive. Giving of their time and financial support and accepting donations from businesses and individuals such as Mr. Ben Patel, Mr. Bill Gamble, Mr. Ed Wray and Mr. Chuck Young. The Golden Bulls presented toys to the Heart 2 Heart Place and the Lighthouse Shelter in Shelby.
Helping to make a difference in the lives of area children while remembering their childhood and those who helped shape them into the men they are today, the Golden Bulls are making their community better.
