Grace Panther Willis, 85, of Lawndale, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Atrium Health - Cleveland, Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County, on January 29, 1938, she was a daughter of the late James Clark and Lula Jane Panther. Grace would work several jobs throughout her life but the one she enjoyed most was being a foster grandmother at Casar Elementary School. She was a member of Norman's Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed watching NASCAR, the Atlanta Braves and the Carolina Panthers.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Marcus Jack Willis.

She is survived by her two sons, Pat Willis of Lawndale and Tim Willis and wife Anne of Iron Station.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 , at 10:00 am to 11:00 am , at Norman's Grove Baptist Church.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 at11:00 am at Norman's Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Chris Decker officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
