Grady Alexander "Jack" Rhea, Jr., age 84, resident of Kings Mountain, NC went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2016 at Caromont Health, Gastonia, NC. He was born in Cleveland Co. NC to the late Grady Alexander Rhea, Sr. and Dora Dixon Rhea. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Juanita Leigh Rhea, sisters; Wilma Hinson, Hazel Folding, Dot Hamrick, Linda Sanders and brothers; Bob Rhea, JD Rhea, Clyde Rhea, Bill Rhea, and Zip Rhea. Mr. Rhea was retired from PPG Industries, Shelby, NC after 34 years of service. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, Kings Mtn. NC where he was a member of the choir. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion. Jack enjoyed music and was musically talented, playing a variety of instruments. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing golf and bowling.

Sister-in-law: Martha Sue Rhea, Kings Mtn. NC

2 Grandchildren: Nick Stroupe and wife Kelsie, Dallas, NC

Jeremy Stroupe, Dallas, NC

1 Great Granddaughter: Maylee Stroupe.
