Hank Thomas Fender, age 24, died January 2, 2018 at CaroMont Regional in Gastonia. Born in Cleveland County on November 4, 1993, he was the son of Thomas Eugene and Leisa Diann Tesseneer Fender of Kings Mountain. Hank was a 2012 graduate of Kings Mountain High School. He was the owner of Fender Distribution Company. Hank loved cars and motorcycles. Hank was a loving son, brother, husband, father and friend, and he was proud to carry on the Fender name, and proud to be #FenderStrong, beside his Fender aunts and uncles.

In addition to his parents, Tom and Leisa Fender, Hank is survived by those who loved him, his wife, Jenna Sabeth Fender; a son, Sebastian Fender of the home; an infant due in August 2018; a sister, Heidi Fender and son, Braxton both of Kings Mountain, Father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Kati Gallarini of Kings Mountain; sister-in-law, Seana Gallarini and daughter Rowena both of Kings Mountain; maternal grandparents, Ted and Peggy Darnell of Kings Mountain and paternal grandparents, Jim and Jeanie Fender of Ohio and Ute Fender of Grover; Special Friends, Jonathan Borchert of Shelby, and Matthew "Bubba" Moss of Kings Mountain; aunts and uncles, Doug and Tamra Fender, Heath and Sabrina Fender, Jimmy and Laura Fender, Anna and Chad Bailey, Dennis and Morgan Fender, Eric and Becky Darnell, Scott and Katie Tessener, and Starla and Max Cortez; and a number of loving cousins.

A Celebration of Hank's life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 5:00 pm in the chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Richard Shores officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
