Mrs. Hannah Brown, 59, of  2446 Kings Road Extension, Shelby, NC,  passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Services were held at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Sunset Cemetery.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, William Leo Brown; her parents, Joe Henry Sr. and Betty Louise Turner Dycus; and a niece.

She is survived by 2 sons, William Leo Brown and Timothy Turner Brown, both of Shelby; 2 brothers, Joe Dycus and wife Carolyn of Shelby, and Larry Dycus of Caroleen; 3 grandchildren; and a very special friend, Rob Bodwell Sr. of Shelby, NC.
