Hannah Huneycutt Sharts, 91, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.  Born in Stanfield NC, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Crayton and Addie Harkey Huneycutt.  She is also preceded in death by her son, Floyd P. “Nick” Sharts; her first husband James Howell Beasley; her second husband, Floyd Sharts; five brothers; and two sisters.  Mrs. Sharts was a member of Sharon United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Sharts is survived by her daughter, Lynda Sharts Whisnant and husband Harvey of Shelby; son, Richard Reece Beasley and his wife Susie of South Carolina; grandchildren, Tiffany Odom and husband Terry of Greenville, SC, Gabe Whisnant of Kings Mountain, Pam Isaacs and husband Brink of Cherryville, Penny Clontz and husband Eric of Shelby; great grandchildren, Hannah Odom, Caroline Odom, Breanna Clontz, Erica Clontz; special friends, Cora Littlejohn and Dovie Brooks.

A celebration of life service will be held at noon on Friday, March 15, 2013 at Sharon United Methodist Church.  The Rev. April Abernathy will be officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 12:00pm prior to the service in the church sanctuary.
