The Shelby Missions Camp is bringing the new NC Baptist Mens Health Screening Bus to the Cleveland County Fair for 10 days, October 1st - 10th, 2015. This is a great opportunity to be screened to identify health problems early. The bus will be staffed with certified medical personnel.
Free Health screening will include:
• Hemoglobin A1C for diabetes screening
• Finger stick glucose
• Cholestech LDX for Total Cholesterol and HDL results
• Body Mass Index calculation
• Depression screening
• Vital signs assessment
Hours of operation are 3 until 9 pm most days. Sunday Oct. 4th hours are 1 to 6 pm. Tuesday Oct. 6th we will start at 12 noon (senior adult day) and Wednesday Oct. 7th we will start at 11 am after the fair workers breakfast and worship.
