Helen Huss Walker, 74, of Dirty Ankle Road, Lawndale, passed away Sunday,
July 15, 2018 at her home.

Born in Gaston County, on March 18, 1944, she was a daughter of the late
Vernon Carroll Huss and Ester Leona Costner Huss. She was retired from
Belding Hausman of Lincolnton.

In addtion to her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, James Huss.

She is survived by her husband of thirty-eight years Larry Gene Walker;
three daughters, Tina Carpenter of Gastonia, Rhonda Navey of Hickory, and
Deborah Bailes of Lincolnton; four brothers, Carroll Huss of Monroe, Joe
Huss of Roanoke, Lewis Huss of Lawrence, SC, and David Huss of Lincolnton;
eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 19, 2018, from 1:00 PM to
2:00 PM at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home, Fallston.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM in the
Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Keith Huss officiating.

The burial will follow the service in the Olive Grove Baptist Church
Cemetery, Casar.
