| Historic Shelby Preservation Trades Day At Banker’s House |

Shelby Mayor Ted Alexander watches Steve Padgett showing proper log structure repairs. The well attended "Preservation Trades Day" program was presented by the Historic Shelby Foundation in cooperation with Cleveland Community College and Preservation North Carolina. The show and tell program began this past Saturday at 9 a.m. and lasted to 4 p.m. It included all phases of "how to" preservations and was held behind the historic Banker’s House, 319 North Lafayette Street in Shelby.
