Hugh Will Norville, 86, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at Fair Haven of Forest City. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Zeb and Dovie Deviney Norville. Hugh was a retired textile employee, a US Army veteran and a member of Adaville Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Danny Norville and wife Donna of Bostic; granddaughter, Kristen Rodgers and husband Dr. Robert Rodgers III, great grandchildren, Annistyn Rodgers and Jameson Rodgers; brother, Wayne Norville and wife Ruth and sister Carolyn Norville Clark and husband Homer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Ollie Melton Norville, brothers Bynum, Vance, Blaine, Gilmer Norville and a sister Shirley Strikman.

Funeral services will be held Sunday March 31, 2019 at 3PM at Adaville Baptist Church, 805 Oakland Road Spindale, NC 28160 with Dr. Jim Whitlow officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church sanctuary. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
