William Shipley, Paige Shipley and Dale Tooney were inducted into the Ducks Unlimited Feather Society by NC State State Chairman Gary Payne and Area Chairman Michael Fussell at the annual Cleveland County dinner that was held Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds. Ducks Unlimited work on conserving wetlands and grasslands.
