Inez Causby Smith, 67 of Turner Road, Casar passed away, Wednesday, March 7,
2018 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte.

Born March 17, 1950 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late
William Harrison Causby and Mattie Lee Mode Causby. She was retired from
Little Hands of Love Daycare and was a member of Casar United Methodist
Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David
Ray Smith; four brothers, William David Causby, Bobby Causby, Dean Causby
and Roy Dean White and two sisters, Ruth Carolyn Brackett and Ann Ruyle.

Survivors include two brothers, Richard Causby of Shelby and Pete Causby of
Lawndale; three sisters, Doris Lee Bridges of Shelby, Ruby Jean Rector of
Connelly Springs and Faye Martin of Casar and numerous nieces and nephews.
