With hearts full of love and gratitude, we announce that Jacqueline "Jackie" Michelle Wilkie Blackburn, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on January 2, 2026, at Duke University Hospital. Born on January 29, 1978, in Cleveland County, Jackie's warmth and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her.

Jackie's spirit now lives on through her beloved family. She is survived by her devoted parents, Jack David Wilkie and Sherry Eaton Wilkie; her loving husband, Steven Brocke Blackburn; her caring sister, Michelle Clontz, and brother-in-law, Jason; her treasured nephew, Aaron Clontz; her adored niece, Hannah Clontz; and a cherished goddaughter, Thea Kalogeropoulos.

Throughout her life, Jackie was the epitome of hard work, dedication, and service. Her professional life was marked by her role as a surgical technician with Atrium Health Cleveland, and she also brought her tireless work ethic to her position as a pharmacy manager at Walgreens. Jackie was a member of Calvary's Cross Baptist Church, where she practiced Christian values in every aspect of her life.

Jackie will be profoundly remembered for her love for her family, her kindness that knew no bounds, and her faith that guided her every step. She cherished her family, especially doting on her niece and nephew, who felt endlessly loved and supported by their Aunt Jackie. She loved and cared for Thea like she was her own daughter.

In addition to her passion for her family and her strong work ethic, Jackie adored her cats, who brought her immense joy and companionship, and she cared for them with the same love and attention she dedicated to her human family.
