Jaime Michelle Gipson, age 47 , of Shelby, passed away on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 at Atrium Health - Cleveland , Shelby.

Jaime was born on February 23rd, 1977 in Shelby, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Rebecca Brackett. Jaime was also preceded in death by her beloved son, Brent Gipson. Jaime was a lady with an infectious smile who loved when helping people along her journey through life. Jaime was also known as a very selfless person when it came to her family and friends. She attended Northside Baptist Church with her husband.
Left to cherish the memory of this amazing lady is her husband, Marty Dawson; two daughters, Amber Ross and her husband, Keegan, and Taylor Tomberlin and her husband ,Chaz; one brother, Steve Brackett and one precious granddaughter, Remi Tomberlin.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Jaime will he held on Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 11:00 am at Northside Baptist Church in Shelby, NC 28150 with the Rev. Neil Efird officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
