Born on November 5, 1973, in Cabarrus County, Rick's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and unwavering spirit. He departed this world in Cleveland County, leaving behind a legacy of joy and cherished memories.

Rick is survived by a loving family that includes his son, Isaac Lamb of Fallston; his mother, Ellen Sain (Sam) of Lawndale; his father, Jim Lamb of Concord; his sisters, Mandy Hamrick (Brooks) of Shelby, and Lara Hemrick (Chris) of Denver; his brothers, Jeff Lamb (Rachel) and Travis Lamb (Jenny); his significant other, Mandy Richardson of Shelby; his aunt, Hildred Gilchrist of Lawndale; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Milton and Hattie Lamb, Ike and Lois Price, and Sam and Velma Sain; a niece, Allie Styers; and his stepmother, Mary Lamb.

Rick's professional life was at Webb Chemical Company, where he was known for his strong work ethic and camaraderie with his colleagues. His commitment to his community was evident through his membership at St. Peters Methodist Church in Belwood.

An avid Clemson fan, Rick's enthusiasm for his team was infectious. Those who knew him will remember Rick as a loving father, a funny and spirited man who could light up any room with his humor and warmth. His presence will be profoundly missed, but the impact of his life will continue to resonate with all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM at St. Peters Methodist Church with the Dr. David Sain officiating. The family will host a reception in the fellowship hall following the service. Due to Rick's love of Clemson the family requests that you wear Clemson Orange for the services.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Isaac Lamb Scholarship Fund, 1005 Allen Dale Drive, Shelby, NC 28150.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Fallston.
