James "Jimmy" Wilburn Davis, 62, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022, surrounded by loving family. He was born July 30, 1959 in Shelby, and is preceded in death by his father, Wilburn Davis.

Jimmy is survived by his devoted wife, Mary Beth Graham Davis, of 29 years and his precious mother, Beulah Mae Davis. Also left to cherish his memory are three daughters, Brooke Emory (Josh), Jade Owens (Jason), Daryl Le Charpentier (Adam) and two sons, Ian Butler and Jason Butler. He leaves behind a sister, Sherry Icard and three brothers, Ray Davis, Johnny Davis and Billy Davis. Lastly, Jimmy is survived by twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

To honor the life of Mr. James Wilburn Davis a graveside service will be held at Sunset Cemetery, 412 W. Sumter St., Shelby, NC 28150, on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 11 o'clock in the morning, officiated by Rev. Allen Davis. The family will receive friends following the service.
