James S. Harrison - "Steve", age 72 of Rutherfordton, NC passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022 while being cared for at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, NC.

Steve was a native of Polk County North Carolina and is a son of the late Howard Wilkie and Eugenia "Jean" Jones Harrison.

He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Kay Lynn Condrey Harrison of the home; one brother Chris Harrison (Lisa Toney) of Kings Mountain, NC; two sisters, Carol Camenga (John) of Matthews, NC and Laura Reisinger (Karl) of Belmont, NC.

No formal service or visitation will be held.
