Jane Moore Ingle, 79, of Franklin Ave, Shelby, died Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Hospice at Wendover in Shelby.

Born July 22, 1939 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late Wilson Thurman Moore and Annie Bell McSwain Moore. She retired as a Teacher's Assistant with Cleveland County Schools. Mrs. Ingle was a member of Westwood Heights Baptist Church where she was a choir member. She was a volunteer for over 30 years with the Cleveland-Rutherford Kidney Association serving in different positions of leadership and was very active with the Senior Group at the Shelby City Park and different Choral Groups.

She is survived by her son, Timothy Ingle of Shelby; daughter, Anna Blanton and husband Bill of Lawndale; brother, Larry "Bud" Moore of Shelby; sister, Maxine Morehead of Greer, SC; two grandsons, Jonathan Barrett and Dylan Ingle; great grandson Cooper Mark Ingle; special friends, Connie Sanchez and Ann Jones and Cleveland-Rutherford Kidney Association Volunteers.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Friday at Westwood Heights Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Friday at Westwood Heights Baptist Church with Rev. David Costner officiating.

Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cleveland-Rutherford Kidney Association, 1017 N. Washington Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
