Jane Pace, 73, of Shelby, NC, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023.

In her final days, Jane found comfort and care in the hands of the dedicated staff at Shelby Manor.

She was the daughter of the late Fred Owen and Mildred Sweezy Morrison. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Jean Morrison, and her older sister Delores Wagley.

Jane is survived by her daughter, Amy Minnix Goforth (Sam), her son, M. Steve Minnix (Heather), her grandchildren, Natalie Hamilton Hurley (Michael) and Benjamin Owen Hamilton. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Dolly.

Jane was a dedicated member of Ross Grove Baptist Church in Shelby, NC.

The family will receive friends in the sanctuary 30 minutes before the service.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00pm on Thursday, November 2, at Ross Grove Baptist Church.

Memorial donations may be made in Jane's honor to Ross Grove Baptist Church of Shelby at 1225 Fallston Road, Shelby, NC 28150.
