Jeanette Pauline Hartman Martin, 81, of Waco passed away on December 19, 2025 at Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation Center in Cherryville, NC.



Jeanette was born on August 7, 1944 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Blanche Edgar Hartman and Marthel Poole Hartman. Jeanette was retired as owner and operator of J & K Produce Stand.



In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Marvin Gulledge, two sisters, Margaret Willis and Betty McKinney and three infant brothers.



Jeanette is survived by a son, Kenneth Martin and wife, Angie of Cherryville; two daughters, Jeannie Lail and husband, Thomas of Waco and Innette Sisk of Bessemer City; brother, Darrell Hartman of Fallston; sister, Martha Lankford of Kings Mountain; six grandchildren, Kasey Lail, Kenny Lail, Gavin Martin, Natalie Grainger, Alea Sisk and Victoria Sisk and five great-grandchildren, Hayden Lail, Piper Lail, David Lail, Krystal Lail and Bowen Martin.



The family will receive friends on Monday, December 22, 2025 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home.



A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 3:00pm at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Holtsclaw officiating.



Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park in Fallston.
