Jerry Trotter, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at the Hospice House of Rutherford County.

He was born October 22, 1949 to the late Shelton Eugene Trotter and Sarah Lee Frady Wilson. He was a member of The A.R.C. in Forest City.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sheila Trotter; four children, Donald Trotter, Tracy Trotter, Angie Trotter and fiancé Jackie Dover, Michael Trotter and wife Shela; brother, Kenny Trotter; sisters, Barbara Lowery and Peggy Turner. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Kyle Trotter, Haley Trotter, Shelby Wilson, Taylor Trotter, Brittany Trotter, T.J. Trotter and five great-grandchildren

A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 PM Monday, September 7, 2015 at The A.R.C. with Reverend Bill Chapman officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The A.R.C., 136 Main St, Forest City, NC 28043 .

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
