Jewell Ray Holtzclaw

Jewell Ray Holtzclaw,46, of Circle Drive, Polkville, went to her heavenly
home on Monday, August 13, 2018 at her home.

She was born on January 25, 1972 and was the daughter of the late Max Lee
Hotzclaw and Peggie Ann Goforth Holtzclaw. She was formerly employed with
Bindley-Western Drug Company, Cleveland Pines Nursing Center and Church Hill
Daycare. Jewell was an active member of Polkville United Methodist Church
where she sang in the choir, was a member of the United Methodist Women, and
former Sunday School Teacher.

She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed her Atlanta Braves, UNC Tar Heels,
and Burns Bulldogs. She and Nelson "Roysclaw" were often found at many
sporting events throughout Cleveland County. Her favorite time of year was
the Burns Football season.

She is survived by the love of her life, Nelson Royster; her neighbors and
second parents, Steve and Sybil Edwards; uncles and aunts, Butch and Ann
Goforth, AC and Farrie Jo Holtzclaw and Shirley Holtzclaw; the Royster
Family, Aunt Nancy; and her fur babies, Nanny and Lovey.

The family will receive friends immediately after the celebration of life
service.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at
6:00pm at Polkville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bill Lovelace.

A private burial will be at Polkville Baptist Church Cemetery.
